1. Who you are contracting with

Povellea is operated by AIVORA L.L.C-FZ. When you place an order on www.povellea.ae you are contracting with AIVORA L.L.C-FZ, which is the legal seller and is responsible for your order, your payment, your invoice, your warranty and any refund due to you. Full business details are in our Legal Notice.

Our furniture is designed by Povellea and made in the United Arab Emirates. The country of origin shown on each product or package page is the verified origin for those goods.

2. How our products are made

Our current furniture is produced after order. Manufacturing begins after your order is confirmed and payment is received in full. You choose from the options we publish for each piece — size, fabric, finish and similar — and we then make the piece to that selected specification.

This is not a bespoke or custom-made service. Bespoke design work is a separate paid service, governed by section 11 below.

Where a product is held in stock rather than produced after order, that is stated on the product page and the stock rules in our Shipping and Returns policies apply instead.

3. Prices, VAT and payment

All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams and include VAT at 5%. Any charge outside standard delivery is shown before you pay.

Payment is taken in full when the order is placed. We accept only the payment methods actually shown and active at checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery, and we do not take payment by bank transfer for online orders.

We may correct genuine pricing or product-description errors. If an error affects your order we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and payment has completed. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full where there is a genuine problem with availability, pricing, payment, suspected fraud, or delivery limitations.

5. Product information and natural variation

• Finished dimensions may vary by approximately ±2 cm as a result of manufacturing.
• Photography, lighting and screen settings affect how colour appears.
• Natural wood and veneer carry inherent grain, texture and tonal variation.

Genuine natural variation of this kind is not a defect. It never excuses the wrong material, a material inconsistent with the description you selected, damage, poor workmanship, a materially wrong colour or specification, or a product that is not what you ordered.

6. Delivery, warranty, returns and cancellation

Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Returns, refunds, cancellations and order changes are governed by our Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Order Changes Policy.

Your one-year commercial warranty and the Povellea Care programme are set out in full on our Warranty and Povellea Care page, which is the binding source for those terms.

Where those documents and this one differ, those documents govern their subject.

7. Packages

Packages have their own displayed package price. The price and any savings shown before checkout apply only to the products and eligible add-ons included in that package.

We may change package prices for future orders. A change never affects an order already confirmed and paid.

8. Your use of the website

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, misuse our brand assets, or copy our content for commercial purposes without our written approval. Website content, images, designs and branding belong to Povellea or its licensors.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability or right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your rights under UAE consumer protection law.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always published here, and the version in force when you ordered governs that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Questions: Team@povellea.ae.

11. Custom design service

Custom design is a separate paid service, distinct from buying a published product. Our standard catalogue is produced after order from published options; it is not bespoke.

The design fee is paid before design work starts.

If you buy the product, the agreed design fee is credited towards that purchase, on the terms set out in your written proposal. The credit is not redeemable for cash, and it applies to the product or products covered by the same commission rather than to unrelated catalogue items.

If no purchase is concluded, the design fee becomes non-refundable once both the first meeting has taken place and work has begun on drawings, concepts or proposals. Until both of those have happened, the fee remains refundable.

The service includes two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions, or work outside the agreed scope, require a separate written quotation which you approve before we proceed.

Each commission is defined in its own written proposal, which states the covered product or products, the design fee, the deliverables, the two included revision rounds, the terms for additional revisions, the quoted product price, how the design-fee credit will be applied, and the project timeline.

A consultation or a quotation is not an order. Neither commits you to buy, and neither creates a product order by itself. An order exists only once you place it and payment has completed, as set out in section 4.

Products you buy following a commission are covered by our one-year commercial warranty and our Shipping and Delivery Policy in the normal way. The design work itself is a service, so the change-of-mind return rules for goods do not apply to it.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law. Any term that purports to waive those rights is void.
