Shipping policy

1. Where we deliver

Free standard delivery across all seven emirates of the United Arab Emirates, with no minimum order value. We do not deliver outside the UAE.

2. What delivery includes

Delivery includes placement in the room you choose, assembly, basic installation, and removal of packaging. It includes fixing to a wall only where the product is designed to be wall-fixed.

It does not include electrical work, plumbing, structural or civil work, wall reinforcement, specialist construction, or moving and removing your existing furniture. Anything additional must be agreed with us in writing before delivery.

Where a product is designed to be fixed to a wall, you or your landlord remain responsible for obtaining any required permission, for the suitability of the wall, and for hidden electrical and plumbing services.

3. How long it takes

  • Produced-after-order products: 14–28 business days, estimated, from confirmed order and successful payment.
  • Large orders and package orders: a maximum of 50 business days.
  • Products held in stock: 3–7 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed dates, except where we have confirmed a guaranteed date to you in writing. The maximum for large and package orders is disclosed to you before you pay. If your order will be materially delayed we will tell you promptly, with a revised estimate.

4. Scheduling

When your order is ready we contact you by phone or email to agree a delivery date and time window. Delivery is confirmed only once we have confirmed that slot with you.

5. Access — please check before you order

Please check that each piece can reach its room through the building entrance, lift, staircase, corridor and doorway, and that any building permissions, service-lift bookings and parking are arranged.

If a piece cannot be delivered or placed because of access limitations, that is not a product defect. We will help you explore alternatives where we reasonably can, and we will often do so at no charge, but we cannot guarantee that a free solution will exist in every case.

6. Missed or refused delivery

If a confirmed delivery cannot be completed for a reason attributable to you — nobody available, unreachable contact number, restricted access, missing building approval, or an incorrect address — we will contact you to rebook.

A redelivery fee of AED 200, including 5% VAT, may then apply. We will tell you the fee before we confirm the new appointment. No redelivery fee applies where the failed delivery was caused by us or our carrier.

7. Storage and handling

Undelivered furniture occupies warehouse space and requires handling, and this charge covers those actual costs. It is not a penalty.

Products held in stock. The first 30 days are free, counted from our written notice that the goods are ready for delivery.

Produced-after-order products. Storage and handling charges begin the day after you miss or refuse a confirmed delivery appointment.

How the charge is calculated. 5% of the value of the undelivered items for each commenced 30-day period, up to a maximum of 25% of the value of those undelivered items. It is calculated only on items not yet delivered, never on items already delivered. We give you written notice before any charge begins, stating the affected products and the calculation, and we issue an itemised record of any amount charged. If a calculation is wrong we will correct it.

No storage and handling charge applies where the delay is caused by us or our carrier.

After 180 days. If items remain uncollected 180 days after the first missed confirmed delivery, we will send a final written notice giving you a further 30 days to take delivery and settle any lawful amounts owing. If the items are still uncollected after that period we may end storage and take only such steps as are permitted under UAE law, which may include resale, reuse or lawful disposal, documented in each case. We will then settle the account with you, deducting only lawful amounts actually incurred, and crediting you with any resale proceeds. You do not automatically forfeit your goods or your money, and you do not lose your statutory rights.

8. When risk passes to you

Risk in the goods passes to you after delivery, after assembly where assembly forms part of the order, and after your inspection or signed acceptance. Risk does not pass merely because a delivery was attempted.

9. On delivery

Please check the items when they arrive. If anything is visibly damaged, missing or incorrect, tell the delivery team and contact us within 48 hours — see our Returns, Refunds, Cancellations and Order Changes Policy, which explains that this request does not limit your rights for faults discovered later.

Business details are in our Legal Notice.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy reduces your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law. Any term that purports to waive those rights is void.
