كل قطعة من بوفيليا مشمولة بتغطية لمدة سنة واحدة من تاريخ التسليم ضد عيوب التصنيع في الخامات والصنعة، في الاستخدام المنزلي والتجاري، بما في ذلك الأثاث المورَّد ضمن باقة.

ما تشمله السنتان

مشمول

  • عيوب التصنيعالأعطال في الخامات أو الصنعة، في ظل الاستخدام المنزلي الاعتيادي.
  • كل قطعةالقطع المفردة والأثاث المورَّد ضمن باقة على حد سواء.
  • سنتان من التسليمتبدأ التغطية يوم وصول طلبك.
  • الإصلاحات والقطعيحمل الإصلاح أو قطعة الاستبدال تغطية خاصة به لا تقل عن خمسة عشر يوماً.

غير مشمول

  • البلى الطبيعيالليونة والتجعّد وآثار الاستخدام اليومي.
  • الأضرار العرضية وسوء الاستخدامبما في ذلك الماء والحرارة وأشعة الشمس المباشرة والمواد الكيميائية.
  • التنظيف غير الصحيحمنتجات أو طرق أو معالجات غير مناسبة.
  • التفاوت الطبيعياختلافات اللون والعروق والملمس والنسيج.
  • أعمال جهات خارجيةإصلاح غير مصرّح به، أو ضرر ناتج عن تعامل طرف آخر.

كيفية طلب الدعم

  1. راسلنا

    راسلنا على Team@povellea.ae. أضرار التوصيل الظاهرة خلال 48 ساعة؛ والعيوب في أي وقت خلال السنة.

  2. أرسل التفاصيل

    رقم الطلب، ووصف المشكلة، وصور واضحة أو مقطع فيديو.

  3. نراجع الحالة

    يقيّم فريقنا الحالة وقد يرتّب معاينة.

  4. نحلّها

    تُجرى محاولة الإصلاح أولاً. وإذا لم يكن ذلك مناسباً، تُستبدل القطعة أو الجزء.

If a repair is needed

Repair timeframes and what happens if they slip

How long a covered repair takes

  • Confirmed in writingAfter inspection we tell you the expected repair period.
  • Ten calendar daysA covered repair will not exceed 10 calendar days from the date we receive the item, or obtain the access needed for an on-site repair.
  • Your availabilityDelay caused by your own availability is not counted.
  • Over seven daysIf a covered repair is expected to exceed seven calendar days we write to you with the reason, the current status, a revised completion date, and a temporary alternative piece or another lawful arrangement agreed with you.
  • Over ten daysIf it exceeds 10 calendar days for a reason attributable to us, you may reject the delayed repair and ask us to collect the piece and refund what you paid for it.

Your warranty is extended while you cannot use the piece

  • Extended day for dayThe warranty period is extended by the number of calendar days during which you cannot use the product because it is undergoing a covered repair, or because we have delayed that covered repair.
  • An exampleIf you cannot use the piece for six days during a covered repair, the warranty expiry date moves six days later.
  • Only while genuinely unavailableThe extension covers the period during which use is genuinely unavailable because of the covered repair.
  • Separate from part coverThis is separate from the 90-day cover on a repaired or replaced part. Neither cancels the other.

If the same fault comes back

  • You are not required to accept unlimited repeated repairs.
  • First confirmed defectFree repair where repair is appropriate.
  • If it returnsYou may request complete replacement of the affected piece.
  • If it returns againYou may return the replacement and receive a refund of the amount paid for that piece.
  • Your rights come firstThis is our commercial process, not a limit on your rights. Where UAE law gives you a stronger or earlier remedy, that law prevails.
