Dust wood surfaces with a soft dry cloth. For the upholstered outer frame, use a clean upholstery brush or a lightly damp cloth for spot cleaning. Avoid harsh cleaners, standing moisture, and direct heat.

Delivery & Assembly

Estimated delivery is 14 to 28 calendar days from confirmed payment; packages and large orders can take up to 50 calendar days. We confirm your date after you order.
Delivery, assembly and room styling are complimentary across the UAE. Our team places the piece in the room you choose, assembles it where needed, takes the packaging away and checks the room with you. Room styling means we arrange the Povellea pieces you received so the room is ready to live in; moving your existing furniture is not included.
Every Povellea piece is floor-standing: nothing is fixed to the wall.
Povellea arranges every delivery and stays responsible for your order until it is complete.

Warranty & After-sales
